Stillridge BPO ("Stillridge," "we," "us") helps owner-led businesses run their HR, back office, and technology. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this site or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because our data practices are narrow.

What we collect

When you book a discovery call or email us, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your operation. Booking is handled through Calendly, which processes scheduling data under its own terms. This site does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.

How we use it

We use what you share to respond to you, scope potential work, and deliver the services you engage us for. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the service providers we rely on to operate (for example, scheduling and email), each bound to handle it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We retain contact and engagement records for as long as we have an active relationship and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and you can opt out of further contact at any time. Reach us through our contact page and we will handle the request.
