What we are

An outsourced operating firm. Three practices, one team, one invoice.

We run the recurring work that a 0 to 250-person business needs handled well and rarely has the headcount to staff: the HR seat, the back office, and the tech & growth stack. You stay the employer of record and keep your EIN. We sit behind you and run the work. Use us for the pieces you actually need. As the work grows, the engagement can expand. As you build internal capacity, it can contract.

We don't front individual partners on this site, and that's deliberate. You're not hiring one charismatic consultant whose calendar you'll fight for. You're hiring a firm with depth in each line: senior-level judgment and a trained execution layer behind it. The senior brain on strategy, the right hands on the work.

Senior HR leadership

15+ years of HR practice and an SPHR senior certification. Built and ran HR functions across charter schools, public school districts, healthcare, and multi-site nonprofit residential and community services. Board-level governance experience, including service as a public charter school's board vice chair.

Engineering

Senior engineering and technical operations

Two decades of operational engineering and technical leadership, plus hands-on web design, AI automation, and systems work. The kind of background that ships a working site and a working automation, not a slide about one.

Programs

Senior management and complex programs

Extensive management experience leading technical teams and complex, high-stakes programs in demanding industrial settings, where uptime, safety, and cost discipline aren't optional.

Ownership

Operating experience as owners

Between us we've owned and operated multiple small businesses, including local service businesses we've built and sold, a lead generation firm, and an HR consulting practice. We've been the buyer Stillridge serves, more than once. We know what it costs an owner to run operations out of three rooms.
